Clear Glass Vintage Plate with Silver Overlay

An octagon shaped vintage glass plate with handles. The edge of the plate is wrapped in a silver overlay. Opposite the handles the plate is decorated with a floral design in silver. 

I did give it a light polish and it comes up to a nice bright silver even though it shows somewhat darker in the photos.
