Black Vintage Table Lighter, Poppell Made in Holland

A black plastic vintage table lighter marked Poppell made in Holland. The lighter screws opened from the middle, where there are 2 metal bands. Inside there is a small plastic cylinder for holding fluid and a screw to add a flint. I have not tested the lighter. It is currently empty and will be shipped without fluid.

In good vintage condition, some wear from age and use.
