Pair of Vintage Commemorative Souvenir Spoons

Two vintage collectible souvenir spoons. One featured the number '75' in a crest logo on the handle (no makers mark). The other features the word 'Europa' and a bird held by a pair of hands (silver plated, made in Holland).
