Antique Cabinet Card Person Holding a Baby

Small antique cabinet card depicting a person holding a baby. I am not sure if it is a man or a woman. The back of the card has beautiful detailed designs with a spiderweb in one corner, and a circular hand fan with a pond scene in another.

Card is in good vintage condition.
